Questo vino nasce dalle uve
Sangiovese e Montepulciano dei nostri vigneti siti nel colle
di Castelbellino.
Il colore è rosso rubino intenso, il profumo gradevole
e delicato. Il sapore è morbido e vellutato, il tannino
è ricco e buono, l’aroma di bocca ha un’impronta
giovanile.
E’ ideale per accompagnare primi piatti al ragù,
carni rosse e bianche, salumi.
Per gustare appieno le caratteristiche di questo vino si consiglia
di stappare la bottiglia al momento di servire ad una temperatura
di 18°-20°C. This wine is obtained
from the Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes from our vines
situated on the hills of Castelbellino.
It is an intense ruby red colour; it has a pleasant and delicate
bouquet. It has a soft and velvety taste, the tannin is rich
and good, and the aroma on the palate has a young feel.
It is an ideal accompaniment for first courses with ragù,
red and white meats, and cooked meats. In order to sample
the characteristics of this wine to the fullest, it is recommended
that you uncork the bottle prior to serving the wine at temperature
of 18°-20°C.
