Sangiovese e Montepulciano dei nostri vigneti di Castelbellino.
L’affinamento viene completato in piccole barriques di
rovere per apportare un’indispensabile armonia.
Ha un colore rosso rubino intenso, profumo di marasca con ricordi
di spezie.
Il sapore è asciutto, corposo, armonico, si avvertono
sentori di frutti maturi di bosco.
E’ un vino superlativo da arrosto di carni rosse e bianche,
eccezionale sulla cacciagione, soprattutto sul fagiano.
Si consiglia di stappare la bottiglia almeno un’ora prima
di servire.

This wine is produced from
the best Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes from our vines
in Castelbellino.
Refinement comes about in small oak caskets in order to bring
an essential sense of harmony to the wine.
This wine is of an intense ruby red colour, it has scents
of cherry with hints of spices.
It is dry on the palate, full bodied, harmonious and it has
hints of mature fruits of the forest.
It is an excellent accompaniment for roast red and white meats,
it is also exceptional with game, especially pheasant.
It is recommended that you uncork the bottle at least half
an hour before serving.
