Questo vino nasce, solo
in annate favorevoli, da uve surmature selezionate di Verdicchio
lasciate ad appassire in vigna e vendemmiate agli inizi di
Novembre.
L’aroma è ampio e delicato, perfezionato con
l’affinamento in piccole botti di rovere.
Il sapore è moderatamente dolce, mantiene le caratteristiche
tipiche del Verdicchio, pieno, pastoso, deliziosamente mandorlato,
armonico, piacevolissimo.
E’ ideale come vino da fine pasto, in abbinamento con
dessert, formaggi saporiti, biscotteria e con i mandorlati.

This wine is obtained exclusively in favourable vintages,
from over-mature selected Verdicchio grapes, which are left
to dry out on the vine and then harvested at the beginning
of November.
It has an ample and delicate aroma, which is perfected by
means of refinement in small oak caskets.
It has a moderately sweet taste, it maintains the typical
characteristics of the Verdicchio, it is full bodied and mellow,
it has a delicious almond flavour, it is harmonious and extremely
pleasant.
It is ideal for drinking at the end of a meal, as an accompaniment
for desserts, flavoured cheeses, biscuits and almond flavoured
cakes.
